I think I have the same thing when it comes to writing about myself! While my blog is centred around me and my journey, it isn't very personal. I found it hard to write the About Me page. I guess it's good in many ways :)

Brother, I hear ya! It is actually very hard for me to just sit down and write at all. I do love to blog, but I'm not a gifted writer, so it is work from that standpoint.

I struggled with my About page, too. I didn't want to sound too corny or too snarky, so I wound up with a pretty generic-sounding page. I'll probably change it a little, but it is something that I avoid.

I have those moments too - I just put things off way, way too long. And you are right, they typically come back and kick me in the tush later. None of mine are related to writing, which is something I absolutely love. They usually involve dirty, messy house projects - as in jobs where I know I am going to get filthy and/or deal with nasty stuff. Using a snake to clean out the shower drain, for example.
