Dawn - What is your eHow name? You should write an article on how you make your peppermint hot chocolate!

bl - I noticed your site the other day and the bank bonuses. I actually did this several months ago with Wachovia (just as Tight Fisted Miser posted).

Thanks for the link. Another stream of income for you could be opening new checking accounts for the bank bonuses. I currently have two account bonuses featured on my site - National City for $150 and Chase for $100..

Thanks for including me in your eHow edition. I'm planning on ramping up my eHow submissions next month. I've been following the own blog v eHow argument and I've received similar comments at my blog questioning the wisdom of writing content for eHow. You've summed up my reasons for using eHow pretty well. I'll still be writing for my own blogs too of course.

I think that unless you're creating an entire niche website on one topic, then you probably will make more at a higher ranking site like eHow. Another advantage to writing for eHow is that you can drive traffic to your own site, and reach a wider audience. I write content for a living, and it's definitely a strategy that's worked for me.
