One of the easiest and most enjoyable posts that I like to write is the monthly passive income report. For now, I have only been posting my eHow monthly results to track my progress and provide updates to my readers. Posting these monthly status reports not only helps me track my progress, but also has helped inspire others to begin writing for eHow.
As I bring on more and more passive income opportunities, I will publish these results as well. As long as I don’t post detailed information that others could steal and take advantage of, I think these types of articles are a great opportunity to track how I am doing with my passive income goals. I also appreciate others who post their results as it helps me to motivate myself to keep on moving towards my goals.
Top 2 Passive Income Monthly Reports
If you are looking for established resources to follow and learn from, I would suggest the following 2 sites. Each site usually provides a monthly status update that is full of great ideas and most importantly – inspiration!
- Living Off Dividends – Reading the monthly online income reports on Living Off Dividends was one of my first inspirations for creating passive income. While all of the reported income streams may vary in their level of passive income, each one of them is earned online. These reports have opened up so many new ideas to me about ways to generate income online.
- Smart Passive Income – When Pat from Smart Passive Income posts his monthly report of earnings, I read it immediately. I actually look forward to seeing this post written every month to see just what Pat is up to now. From iPhone applications to eBooks, there are a ton of great ideas that you can get from this monthly report out.
There are several other quality sites that I follow that also post useful monthly report information. However, the sites identified above stand out to me as they reflect where I eventually want to be!
Look but Don’t Copy
As I have mentioned earlier, I have found a ton of useful tips and ideas just by reading the 2 monthly passive income reports from Living Off Dividends and Smart Passive Income. That does not mean that I try to copy their ideas and take advantage of this free information. I would hope that readers of my monthly eHow earnings would do the same. It is acceptable and good practice to learn from others, but don’t take it too far by stealing their hard work!
