@Rendell – I could see all of those in your list. My wife is a psychologist, so maybe we can capitalize. I actually saw a news report that psychics business has seen a dramatic jump.

Home-based businesses are also going to be huge because of the internet.

I think that you have hit the nail right on the head. Especially with the unemployment bit. I kind of coached my brother and he landed himself a 70k job right out of college. I personally think I could help alot of people do great on interviews, as I've interviewed probably 300 - 400 people over the past 10 years. Great insights, I sure am glad I found your blog! Hi, I am not sure whether you agree with these opportunities: 1) Divorce Lawyer - 60% of divorce are due to financial woes. So bad times means more divorce? 2) Road side stall/table rental services - No jobs means more entrepreneur. 3) Psychologist - To cope with stress? 4) Forex - I don't recommend this, but a lot of hype since equities is out of favor currently.
