		<description>@Steve - Sounds a little risky being a newlywed and having a new roommate at the same time!  My wife and I attempted to rent out a room in our home last year to a relative.  It was one of the worst things we ever did.  But I still think about the two extra bedrooms we have sitting vacant and the money I could get for at least one of them.</description>

		<description>This is a great idea, if you can be flexible.  I had good friends who were newly married.  They took on a roommate early in their marriage.  I don&#039;t know if I would have had that same courage, especially since the boarder lived in the room right next to the master bedroom.  But, they are financially savvy, for sure.  I like your list of guidelines for interviewing prospective boarders.  It&#039;s a good list for any landlord to pay heed to.
