Welcome to Passive Family Income (PFI) and the weekly updates. This turned out to be a very busy and exciting week for PFI. I am still working on the look and feel of the blog along with trying to establish a reader base. Thanks to all of you who have visited my site and participated! Money Hackers Network - Over the past week I joined the Money Hackers Network in an attempt to reach out to other blogs who write about personal finance. I have found a wealth of information and other exciting blogs from this network.
PF Buzz - I also joined PF Buzz last week which is a social media site that brings together the best personal finance sites and articles available. I have found it to be an excellent outlet to find other great PF articles and sites. It also provides an opportunity to expose some of your blogs best articles!
Changes to the Site
I spent a lot of time over the past week working on the look and feel of the site. I have been updating the index page to show the first 20 posts in full format and am slowly breaking away from the magazine style format the theme was originally intended for. Over the course of the next week I will be tweaking a few things here and there to continue updating the site to a desired format.

I read many articles over the past week on other blogs, but here are a few that I liked the most.
1 - LuLuGal at How I Save Money.net is offering a chance to win a $10 gas card for writing a short post on how gas prices have affected people.
2 - Ralph at Enginero.com discusses how more and more Americans are becoming frugal shoppers and the impacts it will have on all of us at the grocery store.
3 - Dawn at Fighting Foreclosure discusses her early on Prosper lending experience.
4 - The Frugal Dad talks about buying coupons from eBay and combining them with grocery discounts to further your savings.
5 - Mart at the The Loco Mono discusses the different credit grades at Prosper.
